We are always happy to take an existing product and reverse engineer it using Radan or SolidWorks, no matter how ugly a lump of metal is dropped on the bench.

Utilising state of the art software enables a model to be broken down into flattened parts with accurate drawings to support production.

This process also transfers to the cutting, where the developed blanks are tooled and nested on Bystronic’s most recent version of Bysoft 7, giving very efficient nesting and accurate run times. Add all this together and we can offer a cost effective design and production service to support our customers’ needs.
