Bought an Ebike that was too low to pedal. Got a picture of a seat riser I saw online and took it to Wheeler Fabrications and they made a factory-looking custom riser two days earlier than was agreed. And it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. Also, special thanks to Emma for her promptness and professionalism.
Needed some parts making for my wheelchair that was custom made a few years ago. Thought the job may be too small but from the first phone enquiry to receiving the parts just 24 hours later they were brilliant. Can't recommend highly enough.

Big thank you to Emma & Mark. I was in a hurry, came from London and needed a repair place to weld my item together. Rang quite a few places in Birmingham and they were useless - ignored me or turned me away. Emma was so polite on the phone, didn't turn me away, and asked me to come in so someone could examine my item. Mark was brilliant - superb skills and experience. He went out of his way to repair my broken metal item and they stayed past closing hours to finish the job. No other company would do that. Premium service and a great finished product.
