When you use our website quote form or email us, we collect the details you provide. That typically includes name, email address, telephone number, company name, the service you need, your message, and any drawing or file you upload (for example PDF, DXF, DWG, STEP or an image).
Our hosting provider (Netlify) processes standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, device information and pages requested, so the site can be delivered securely. If you allow analytics cookies, our website monitor (Dotwall) also records how the site is used - for example pages viewed and approximate location derived from IP address - so we can improve the website.
If we quote for you or take on work, we keep the information needed to fulfil that work, invoice, and meet accounting and quality records (including ISO-accredited processes).
We do not currently run a marketing newsletter signup on this website.
