Guards for AAH Pharmaceuticals, back from a successful dry fit and ready for TIG welding. The panels were laser cut and folded first - ventilation slots, mounting holes, turned flanges - then trial-fitted so any clash is found before the joints are closed.
Dry fit is the cheap place to learn. Once the guards sit true, they come back to Witton to be TIG welded. That sequence keeps a pharmaceutical job clean and repeatable: cut and fold to size, prove the fit, then weld.
This is typical of our work for the pharmaceutical sector and other fabricated products that have to go together on site. Send a drawing or sample guard and we will quote from Birmingham.
